Arlene’s Interiors is a retailer of home decorating fabrics that specializes in custom-made window coverings.
The client was experiencing an increase in competition from big box retailers that carried a wide range of ready-made products. After a communications audit and competitive analysis review, Davron Marketing recommended focusing the brand message on their point of difference – they are a window covering specialist that offers product enhancements such as motorization, energy efficiency and blackout.
As the client did not have the resources of a big box retailer, we recommended revitalizing their website with enhanced SEO capabilities to improve search rankings and implementing an email marketing and social media program. We also developed a public relations strategy to establish their chief decorator as an industry thought-leader and produced a television campaign focused on a home decorating audience.
